DeckSmith keeps as little about you as it can. There are no ads, no tracking cookies and no analytics that follow you around. This page says exactly what is stored, why, and for how long.
Who is responsible
DeckSmith is run by Alex Ciobanu, a private individual in Romania, who is the data controller for this site. Write to hello@decksmith3d.com for anything on this page.
What is stored, and why

Your designs, printer choice and language are saved only in your own browser (local storage). They are not sent to us.
Who else handles it
The site and its database run on Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.), which processes this data on our behalf as a hosting provider. Cloudflare may process data outside the EU; it does so under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Cloudflare also keeps short-lived technical logs to protect the network.
When payments open, they will be handled by a payment provider acting as the seller of record, which will receive the details needed to take the payment. We never see your card details. This page will name the provider before it is used.
The page loads its font from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address when the font downloads.
We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, object to how it is used, or withdraw consent for the launch list. Write to hello@decksmith3d.com from the email address in question and we will answer within one month. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro), or the authority in your own EU country.
Age
You need to be at least 16 to create an account.
Changes
If this page changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes and account holders get an email before it takes effect.
